Is it necessary to pay a deposit?
We will require an official order from organizations, and we request a deposit to be paid from the general public to secure their booking.

Are there any additional costs that I should be aware of?
The price we quote is inclusive of all normal charges, however, if one of your party should foul or damage the bus in any way you, as the party organizer will be liable to cleaning/repair costs.

Is it possible to pay the driver in cash on the day of the hire?
We are happy to receive cash payment for the work we carry out. The driver will issue a receipt on the day if required.

Can children share a seat, or a child sit on an adults knee?
No, sorry, every bum needs a seat, and every body a seat belt, 8 seats = 8 people.

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits will be lost in all cases to cover administration costs; cancellation costs will depend on the notice given and on our ability to replace the booking.
